E-Learning 4 Africa (EL4A) is an empowerment company that was created to drive the development and delivery of customized E-learning solutions through the pilot, evaluate, develop and deliver model. EL4A through its local, national and international partners has access to the leading practitioners in numerous fields and is able to deliver suitable courses, programmes, seminars and workshops in a blended learning environment that is driven by the contexts of the learners, ensuring the best returns to investments in education and training.

The Elearning 4 Nepal (EL4N) was conceptualised as part of the Nepal-IT project supported by the EU Asia-Invest in July 2008 at workshops hosted by the Nepal Chamber of Commerce.  EL4N is a consortium of a number of organisations in Nepal and it aims to create a robust open platform to support effective training and development for learners across Nepal. Through the application of training needs analyses EL4N will identify or develop suitable accessible training material to promote lifelong learning opportunities for communities across Nepal.
